The registration fees listed below include the meals listed on the Conference Schedule. The fees are as follows:

• $1,500 -   Full registration including accommodation
• $1,000 -   Full registration NO accommodation
• $1,100 -   Student registration including accommodation
• $600    -   Student registration NO accommodation
• $300    -   Guests (see note below)

Guests: The maximum occupancy of a room is four people. Roll away beds (required for 3rd and 4th guest) are $30.00/night and need to be paid directly to the hotel upon checkout. The $300 guest registration fee includes all breakfasts, the opening reception and the excursion on Wednesday. Registration for children under the age of 18 is free. Additional banquet tickets can be purchased at the registration desk for $65.00 per person.

Posters: We welcome abstracts for poster presentations. All abstracts need to be submitted online. The abstract template can be found here.

Lujan Center Tour: During the excursion on Wednesday, August 5th, there is an optional tour of the Lujan Neutron Scattering Center. In order to have sufficient time to process the paperwork required to access the site, contact Lisa Padilla as soon as possible if you are interested in attending the tour. Please state your citizenship, and she will send some paperwork for you to complete.

Financial support: We expect financial support to be available for students, postdoctoral fellows and non-tenured faculty. Please contact Philip Coppens if you would like to be considered. The deadline for applications is June 18.
